Our aim?

Here at The Wine Cellar we believe everyone should be able to enjoy wine. As such we aim to provide you with a good basic understanding of wine, how to choose the right wine for a meal or an occasion, how to appreciate the wine and chat knowledgably with friends and family about the selection you've made.

What do we offer?

We offer a no nonsense guide to wine, explained simply in terms anyone can understand. Where necessary we will point out the "proper" terms and explain how to use them in conversation. Then once we've been over the basics we point you to the best online shops so you can begin buying straight away ready to impress friends and family with your new found expertise!
